Platinum Sponsor (2 available per Summit) - $15,000

Associate your company with one of the following GDC Summits and reach developers and decision makers in your target market.

GDC Online Summits: Game Narrative Summit, iPhone Games Summit, iPad Gaming Summit, and 3D Stereoscopic Games Summit

Pre-Event Exposure:

  • Logo and link on the GDC Online Summits overview page and GDC Online Summit detail page (example: http://www.gdconline.com/conference/3d.html) located under the description of the participating summit.
  • 1 Sponsorship listing in a GDC Update e-mail (includes logo/link and 25-word company description)

  • 160x600 ROS banner on GDCOnline.com (starts as soon as sponsor sends banner)

On-Site Exposure:

  • Tabletop near participating GDC Summit event (includes one 6ft draped table, 2 chairs, electrical)
  • One single day 30 minute lunch talk sponsorship during the participating GDC Summit
  • Sign outside the Summit Classroom with sponsor logo (show management produces)
  • 1 branded lightbox in convention center. (Show management produces, sponsor to send artwork by September 5, 2010)
  • 1 Coffee break sponsorship with branded napkins. (opportunity to place materials on tables during one coffee break at participating GDC Summit)
  • Logo on sponsor Thank You sign at coffee break
  • 1 totebag insert distributed to all conference attendees, speakers, and press at GDC. Inserts need to be at the advance warehouse by September 29, 2010
  • Sponsor logo on GDC Summit page in Exhibitor Guide if received no later than August 27, 2010
  • Full page advertisement in Exhibitor Guide if provided no later than August 27, 2010

Summit Mixers - $8,500 each

Choose Summit day to sponsor:
iPhone Games – Tues, Oct 5
3D Stereoscopic – Tues, Oct 5
Game Narrative – Tues or Wed, Oct 5-6
iPad Gaming – Wed, Oct 6

Pre-Event Exposure:

  • Summit Mixer description, logo and link on the "Parties/Networking" page of the GDC Online website
  • Logo listed on Sponsor Page of GDC Online website.
  • Logo and event listing in one GDC Online update email promoting events.

Onsite Exposure:

  • Logo in Events section of GDC Online onsite Exhibitor Guide if received no later than August 27, 2010.
  • Bar set up with bartender (Beer, Wine and Soda) for 1 hour. Ask rep for allotment details
  • Beverage napkins with logos. Sponsor to supply logo by August 27, 2010
  • Show management will provide the initial beverage order based on sponsorship allotment. Sponsor is responsible for any additional items or refreshments.
  • Two (2) 22"x28" signs with logo (produced by Show Management). Logo for signage must be received by August 27, 2010
  • Table at the Mixer, with 2 chairs.
  • One hour sponsored session (Standard AV included).  Work with your sales rep to reserve an available time slot. See Sponsored Session deliverables for details.
  • Totebag Insert in the Main GDC Totebag distributed to attendees.  Inserts must be received by show management by September 29, 2010.  Please see the GDC Online Sponsor Page for shipping details
