Networking Mixers (Two (2) Available, One Each Day) - $12,000 each
Networking Mixers for the Monetization Sponsored Track will take place after the last sessions on Tuesday and Wednesday evenings. Networking mixers are the perfect way to meet developers and decision makers in your target market. Badge Reader included to collect information of the attendees who attend the mixer providing excellent ROI.

- Show Management will provide the initial beverage order based on sponsorship allotment. Sponsor has the ability to replenish the order if it runs out at own cost.
- Beverage napkins with logo imprint. Sponsor to supply logo by TBD
- Two (2) 22"x28" signs with sponsor logo to be placed at Networking Mixer. (Produced by Show Management). Logo for signage must be received by TBD
- Table at the Networking Mixer, with two (2) chairs. Sponsor has the ability have handouts on table

Monetization Sponsored Sessions
Secure your own session room to communicate your message with the GDC Online audience. One hour sessions available in the Monetization Track room. Ask rep for day/time availability.

- Each session room will include standard AV Set up: Video/Data Projector, Screen to Fit Room, Speakers: Two (2) Wired Mics, one (1) Podium Mic, one (1) Aisle Mic, 16 Channel Mixer, Direct Box for computer audio interface.
- Sponsor will provide session title, session date/time, speaker name.
- 50-75 word session description
- 50 word speaker bio (online only) will be visible on the GDC Online website.
*NOTE: Sponsored Session Title and Abstract will need to be approved by GDC Content team prior to messaging execution. Please note, once approved the sponsor should reference your Sponsored Session as [Session Title], a Sponsored Session within the Game Developers Conference Online. The sponsor may not reference the Sponsored session as a standalone event at GDC Online or as a main conference, summit, tutorial event or session programmed by the Game Developers Conference. Sponsored session speakers must be employees or partners of the sponsoring company.
