Making a good first impression can make the difference. As the central hub for everything GDC Online, the event website is a great place to message your company's leadership prior to the event.

Tutorial/Developer Day - $18,000 or $22,000 with GDC Vault Taping (see GDC Vault for details)

Present a full-day tutorial with your content at GDC Online. Customize your content and speaker lineup, and work with the GDC Online Team on a registration exposure package.  Full day tutorials are one of the most effective ways drive your message home to this influential audience.

Pre-Event

  • Sponsor to develop customized content and speaker lineup. 
  • Sponsor will work with the GDC Online Team on registration setup and exposure.
  • Promotion of Sponsored Tutorial in one GDC Online Email Update
  • Sponsored Tutorial promoted on the Conference Tutorial Page.  Includes 100 words of text and sponsor logo. Text and logo due by August 27, 2010.
  • Promotion as a "Full Day Tutorial" in the general session listings
  • Final Tutorial Session Lineup due by TBD, which includes speaker names, session titles and times.

GDC Online Recorded Sponsored Sessions Hosted on GDC Vault

GDC Vault, the premium content portal for all GDC attendees, offers post-event access to conference recordings and proceedings in slide, audio, and video formats. Hosted and accessed via the GDC Online and main GDC event websites. GDC Vault extends the life the Game Developers Conference® into an organized and easy to use web tool. As a sponsor to a GDC session, you have the opportunity to upgrade your package and participate in GDC Vault.

How Does it Work?

GDC will video/audio record your sponsored session at GDC as well as screen-capture your slides. We'll sync up the recorded content and host it via GDC Vault for up to three months after the conference.

What's the Value?

GDC will promote Vault content to all attendees and members of GDC and visitors to GDConf.com. Sponsors also have the option to collect leads and promote their company products and services long after the event.
