Online Banners - $2,500 per month
Making a good first impression can make the difference. As the central hub for everything GDC Online, the event website is a great place to message your company's leadership prior to the event.
- Sponsor to provide skyscraper creative at least 5 days prior to run date. All banners run ROS (Run of Site).
- Files should be 160x600, 35K or less, with alt text of 70 characters or less with no more than 5 loops in either GIF, JPG, HTML or Flash formats.

GDC Online Email Updates - $3,000 per slot

Pre/Post Event Mailing - $3,000
Exhibitors with a 10x10 booth who want to mail attendees can purchase this option. It is available for free to all other exhibitors with 10’x20’ or larger booths.

Sponsored Sessions
Secure your own session room to communicate your message with the GDC Online audience. One hour sessions available in private rooms.
Add GDC Vault taping to extend the life and reach of your sponsored sessions. The GDC Team will professionally record the content and host it online post-event at GDC Vault, where you will collect the leads of everyone who views it.

Sponsored Session Deliverables:

Present a full-day tutorial of session content to the developer community, using speakers from your company and partners, tailoring topics to drive home your message to this influential audience.
Add GDC Vault taping to extend the life and reach of your Tutorial Day. The GDC Team will professionally record the content and host it online post-event at GDC Vault, where you will collect the leads of everyone who views it.

Room Information
- Set-up can begin starting at 6pm the evening prior to the Tutorial/Developer Day.
- Sponsor can begin computer setup in the room at 6:00pm on the evening prior to the Tutorial/Developer Day.
Content:
Sponsor to create full day of session content and speaker lineup. Note: speakers must be employees or partners of the sponsoring company. Sponsor promotion of the Tutorial/Dev day must follow the GDC rules and regulations.
Marketing
- Sponsor Tutorial/Developer Day will be promoted on GDCOnline.com Tutorial page (content to go live within 1 week after sponsor provides). Listing includes 100 word description, and link to full day's content lineup within GDC's Schedule Builder.
- Each individual session listed on GDCOnline.com gets a 50 word description and 50 word speaker bios.
- Sponsor Tutorial/Developer Day will receive homepage promotion on GDCOnline.com. Includes sponsor logo and link to Tutorial/Developer Day

- 4 Main Conference Passes
- Attendee mailing lists will be available for use prior to the conference and post conference. Sponsor to contact GDC's third party mail house to process their mailing, via the mail info doc. They may either select to mail to all pre-registered attendees or by pass type (Conference or Expo).
Operations
- Beer/wine/sodas with light appetizers directly following the last Sponsored Tutorial for 1 hour. Allotment is $1,500. Sponsor can refill at own cost.
- Standard A/V set up including a data projector, wired lavaliere microphones, and screen. GDC Operations staff will work with sponsor on set up, move in, rehearsal and move out for Dev Day sponsored tutorials and additional AV needs. Sponsor to incur any costs on additional items or upgrades requested. GDC Online requires that specifications for set up of the Dev Day tutorials be communicated at least 3 weeks prior to GDC Online.
- Sponsor will work with GDC Online Operations to make sure everything is ordered correctly. GDC Online will provide sponsor with an Autocad drawing of this room two months prior to move in.
- GDC Online will pay for minimum electrical needs to cover the standard AV in the Dev Day Room, additional electrical can be ordered at the Sponsor's expense. Sponsor will notify GDC Online of these needs no later than 30 days before move-in.
- Internet is not included in the Tutorial/Dev Day room. Internet can be ordered by show management at the Sponsors expense. Sponsor will notify GDC Online of internet needs no later than 30 days before move-in.
- GDC Online Operations will assist in freight coordination for Sponsor's Dev Day (all freight should be shipped to sponsors booth/expo suite where it can be sorted and distributed). GDC Online Operations will coordinate with GES to move freight to session rooms.
Tutorial/Dev Day Rules & Regulations
Full Day Tutorial/Developer Day Title and Abstract will need to be approved by GDC Content team prior to messaging execution. Please note, once approved the sponsor should reference your Full Day Tutorial/Developer Day as [Tutorial/Developer Day title], a Sponsored Full Day Tutorial/Developer Day within the Game Developers Conference. The sponsor may not reference the Full Day Tutorial/Developer Day as a standalone event at GDC or as a main conference, summit, tutorial event or session programmed by the Game Developers Conference.
