- Hanging horizontal single-sided banner in GDC Mobile classroom during lunch session. (size up to 8'w × 5'h provided by sponsor). Banner will be removed after lunch speaking slot. Banner must arrive in warehouse by TBD
- 1 Coffee break sponsorship with branded cups and napkins. (opportunity to place materials on tables during one coffee break at participating GDC Summit)
- Logo on sponsor Thank You sign at coffee break
- 1 totebag insert distributed to all conference attendees, speakers, and press at GDC (Sponsor will provide 10,000 inserts with Conference management approval). Inserts need to be at the advance warehouse by TBD

The GDC features targeted summits that foster community-building within emerging sectors of the game industry. Summit Mixers are the perfect way to network with developers and decision makers in your target market.
Summit Mixers available to sponsor: iPhone, Independent Games, Social and Online Games, Serious Games, AI, Game Localization and GDC Mobile/Handheld

Reception Exposure:
- Tabletop during reception (includes one 6ft draped table, 2 chairs ) AV and electrical not included and must be ordered and paid for by sponsor. Operations will provide AV contact.
- Hanging single-sided banner at reception venue hung by pipe and drape (size no larger than 8'w × 5'h provided by sponsor). Must arrive at advance warehouse by March 3, 2010
- Handouts can be placed on table at reception. Sponsor to provide handouts. Must arrive at advance warehouse by March 3, 2010
- Logo in Events section of GDC Conference Program if received no later than February 2, 2010
- Logo to appear on two 22"x28" thank you signs provided by Show management to be set up during reception if logo provided no later than TBD
- 2 All Access Passes to 5-day Game Developers Conference
- GDC Show management will place the order for food and beverage based on food for 200ppl - (Total allotment is $8,500). Any additional food needs to be paid for by sponsor. Operations can provide contact info for venue caterer and sponsor can order and pay directly
