Networking Mixers (2 Available, one each day) - $24,500 each

Networking Mixers for the Monetization Sponsored Track will take place after the last sessions on Wed and Thurs evenings. Networking mixers are the perfect way to meet developers and decision makers in your target market. Includes a badge reader to collect information of the attendees who attend the mixer providing excellent ROI.

  • Hanging single-sided banner at reception venue hung by pipe and drape (size no larger than 8'w × 5'h provided by sponsor). Must arrive at advance warehouse.

Communicate your message to the GDC audience by securing your own session room; one hour sessions available in the Monetization Sponsored Track room. Ask rep for day/time availability.

Add GDC Vault taping to extend the life and reach of your sponsored sessions. The GDC Team will professionally record the content and host it online post-event at GDC Vault, where you will collect the leads of everyone who opts in to view the sponsored session.

Session Includes:

  • One (1) room set theater style for all one hour sessions.
  • Listing on GDConf.com includes*: session title, company name, 50-word session description, track, speaker, 50-word speaker bio, date/time/location.
  • Listing in GDC Pocket Guide includes the following: session title, speaker name, track, date/time/location.
  • Session evaluation form during session to be run by Show Management. (Results will be provided.)
  • Two (2) Conference Associates at door.
  • Speaker will need to be registered as an Exhibitor or Exhibitor Staff.
  • One (1) screen, two (2) lav mics, one (1) podium mic, one (1) aisle mic and one (1) data projector.

Content Guidelines:

*NOTE: Sponsored Session Title and Abstract will need to be approved by GDC Content team prior to messaging execution. Please note, once approved the sponsor should reference your Sponsored Session as [Session Title], a Sponsored Session within the Game Developers Conference. The sponsor may not reference the Sponsored session as a standalone event at GDC or as an main conference, summit event or session programmed by the Game Developers Conference.

All press releases sent by sponsoring company must be approved by GDC Show Management.
