Notes for Diamond, Platinum and Gold Sponsorships:

  1. Sponsored session content subject to approval by GDC Advisory Board. Show management will assign times. Priority and preference will be noted. Honored on a first come, first served basis. No slots are guaranteed.
  2. GDC management will assign medias. Priority and preference will be noted.
  3. The sponsor should provide on its own digital copy of the design files or the film and color sample of the full-page color advertisement.
  4. The sponsor should provide on its own the on-site posters.
  5. The shell scheme includes: one information counter, two chairs, one garbage can, two spotlights and one 5A/220V single-phase socket (British style).
